The recent submission of development applications for the retirement village proposal at Federal Golf Club has seen renewed interest within the community and within the Club membership.

There is a significant amount of information on the proposal that has accumulated over many years of ongoing consultations on this website. Our desire to transparently share the actions and outcomes of these consultations and the steps taken in bringing the proposal to its current point has created a volume of information that can be difficult to take in, in its entirety.

To ensure that community members are able to shape their opinions using facts and details from this information, we thought it would be helpful to revisit certain matters that continue to circulate about the proposal.
