In addition to the previous approval for the golf course works, we are pleased to share the following development application updates:
The subdivision DA has been approved. This approval permits the subdivision of the existing Federal Golf Club lease into 2 parcels - resulting in a parcel for an 18 hole championship Golf Course and a parcel for the siting of a retirement village. You can find this approval here.
The Retirement Village & Entry Road DA has been approved. This approval relates to the development of a retirement village comprising 48 apartments in 6 buildings and 77 single storey houses, residents facilities building, construction of an access road, driveway verge crossing and offsite road works, signage, landscaping and associated works. The Lease Variation DA has been approved. This approval relates to the variation of the Crown Lease to add the use of ‘Retirement Village’ (maximum of 125 units) to the area to be subdivided only. You can find this approval here.

Additionally, we thank all who have submitted comments to the Planning Authority for the section s197A modification that was placed on Notification.
